Destination countries may levy taxes on your purchased goods, which the receiver will be responsible for. IRIS PARFAITE is not responsible for unpaid customs taxes, and will not provide refunds for orders sent back due to customs issues. Please check your country’s customs policies before placing your order.
Shipping Duration
Once an order is made, it takes 1-2 business days to prepare your package. Once your package is ready to be shipped, we ship it through NINJA / FLASH express shipping. With NINJA / FLASH express, it should only take 2-3 business days for your package to arrive at your door. Though most of the orders are deliver on time, countries outside of Malaysia might experience some delay due to COVID19 shipping restrictions.
Please kindly understand that we does NOT offer cancellations due to these delays. Your tracking code will be sent to you via email once it is shipped. If your package does not arrive within 7 business days from shipment, please contact our customer service center.
Please keep in mind that weekends and holidays do not count as business days
Failure To Deliver
We are not responsible for packages sent back due to factors outside our control, such as the absence of the recipient, customs, etc. Additional shipping charges will result from such situations, which is not the same as our usual discounted shipping charge. When a shipment is sent back, there will be an email regarding the situation, and when proper action is not taken within 48 hours, we reserve the right to dispose the shipment.
Any re-shipping of the product , we will charge a delivery fees .
Shipment broken during delivery
If you’ve received damaged product due to improper handling by the logistic, you may email us at support@irisparfaite.com, we will assist you to file for compensation within 48 hours, starting from the date and time your order has been received.
You are required to provide us an unboxing video for proof. The video should showcase a fully sealed parcel bag to an opened broken product received and FOUR pictures of the damaged product including the logistic parcel bag with CN number and bubble wrap, in order to file for compensation.
These requirements are requested by the logistic.
Please take note that we do not accept compensation of damaged product after 48 hours starting from the day the parcel has been received.
Refund / Cancellation
Cancellation: Once you place your order, your package will be ready to ship very quickly. We don’t accept any form on cancellations .
Refunds: Your satisfaction is our priority. If there is any issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you. You may request an exchange to your original mean of payment if you received the wrong product or a defective product within 2 weeks of purchasing your order. All goods sold are not refundable, due to the hygienic and safety reasons.
Any claims made after 2 weeks will not be compensated. If your package was lost during the shipment, please notify us ASAP so we can start an investigation of your case with NINJA / FLASH express. If your package cannot be located at the end of the investigation, you may request a refund OR a replacement free of charge and sent with Express Shipping.
If you don’t notify us within 2 weeks regarding the lost package, we will not be able to compensate for your lost package.
Returns: False Eyelashes are considered as a personal hygiene product. Therefore we cannot accept any return of products after you accepted the delivery. If you received the wrong product, we will offer a replacement, and the product need to ship back to us before any exchange can be carried out . If you wish to return the product for personal reasons, unfortunately we cannot accept it.
